Who are we?

Lade Agenda AS is an independent consulting company located in Trondheim, Norway. The company was founded in 2019 by Frank Haugan, who has 25 years of experience in management, project management, business development, digitazation, national spatial data infrastructure (NSDI) and geographic information systems (GIS). Haugan graduated as a social geographer at NTNU in 1996, specializing in geographic information systems (GIS), map technology and management.

In companies such as Norplan AS and Asplan Viak AS, Haugan has led many projects in Norway and abroad since the late 1990s. From 2012 to 2018, he has worked as Gomatics and ICT Director at the Geological Survey of Norway.
